I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clinic. I called to inquire about Medicaid coverage, and the receptionist was incredibly rude right from the start. Instead of answering my simple question, she turned me away with an attitude. When I tried to get more information about pricing options, she went out of her way to threaten to report me to Medicaid, which made me feel disrespected and insecure about needing assistants from the government.
