Leonard Weather is the rude, hateful, disrespectful, unprofessional doctor I have dealt with ever. I would not recommend him to anyone. Willis Knighton should not associate with Dr. WEATHER.
Tricare needs to stop using this Doctor as a referral. Him and his assistant are unprofessional, and outdated when it comes to fertility medication. I had to see a second doctor to actually get pregnant and fix his mistakes.
I was not very happy with the attitude of Dr. Weather. His secretary is also his assistant though she doesn't seem to have any medical degree. He put me on medication and surgeries that weren't needed so that he could charge my insurance for more unneeded visits. The final straw was when I was scheduled to have surgery showed up to the hospital and they had filed it wrong with my insurance. It would have taken one phone call on his behalf to fix the issue. He told me it was my problem to fix.
Do not see this doctor. He is a joke and his receptionist plays on her phone the whole time while getting vaginal ultrasounds done. He swore if i had laparoscopy i would successfully be able to carry a baby. Lost the baby becauae he refused to call in progesterone with out me making the 2 hour trip there and back to see him. Very rude, unprofessional and ridiculous.
After 12 years of problems that no doctor would definitively diagnose, Dr. Weather saw through to the root of the problem. After tests confirmed, surgery was scheduled immediately. He is an experienced physician, with more than one specialty. He cares, and so does his staff. If no one will help you with PCOS, Endometriosis, or infertility problems--please go and see Dr. Weather.
I have PCOS and Endometriosis, and the hospital on Fort Polk wasn't able to help me; Dr. Weather was a godsend. Worth the 2 hour one way drive.
