I went to Dr. Neufeld on 4-8-2025 for removal of eyelid lesions. Since this is cosmetic - it is not covered by insurance. The doctor said he would charge me $150 per eyelid - $350 total out of pocket. When I was checking out - they tried to charge me $425 which the checkout person said was standard in-office surgery. I paid a large amount for upper and lower blepharoplasty, and Dr. Neufeld made my eyes look worse. The edges of my eyes were pulled down, and now they look even worse than before. I need to see another doctor to fix the damage—horrible experience!
Every aspect of this practice is top notch. All staff are pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Neufeld is a rock star! The transformation in my eyes has been profound, yet still they look natural and unaltered. I took my toddler to be seen by Dr. Berland, and we have never been treated so rudely by a physician. From the second he walked into the room, he was condescending to our family. He quickly recommended surgery, but actually used the words “I won’t be answering any of your questions” and referred us to his website. Horrendous. Glaucoma Specialist did not diagnose my glaucoma, until over 2 years after it was clear on scans I had optic nerve damage damage from it over 2 years ago Now I fear losing my eyesight.
I saw this doctor for double vision and did not have a good experience. I wasted money, time, and energy, but my vision never improved. He first attempted to fit me with prism glasses, but the prescription did not result in reduced double vision. I then had an uncomfortable, unpleasant eye surgery, which was also not successful. This was one of my worst medical experiences, and I decided to move on. I ended up seeing a different doctor in the practice and was finally able to get the help I needed.
Staff and doctor were pleasant, professional and my eye looks great!

I am thrilled with the outcome of Dr. Neufeld's procedure to remove the bags under my eyes. The procedure was not invasive; there was no incision and no stitches. The effect was immediate, and I did not have any bruising or pain. Dr. Neufeld's staff-Rhonda, Eileen, and Aisha-went out of their way to make the process smooth. People I have not seen for while have asked me for my secret to looking young! Many thanks to Dr. Neufeld!
