So glad I found Dr. Moores. He performed my daughter's decompression surgery for chiari malformation and he was absolutely amazing. Very patient, kind and caring. You can tell he truly loves what he does. He took time to get to know my daughter and they even made up their own little hand shake. Every single health care professional we encountered at INOVA Children's Hospital was also amazing. I would recommend Dr. Moores and Inova Children's Hospital to anyone that is looking for a neurosurgeon for their child.
Dr. Moores was professional, warm, and welcoming. We immediately felt at ease with him. His easy smile and calm demeanor were appreciated during the visit. He was knowledgeable and explained things well; I felt heard and respected. I would highly recommend Dr. Moores and Inova Children's Neurosurgery
Dr. Moores was the only Doctor who can calm us down and assure that everything will be okay. My baby was in the ICU for 2 months because of Brain Aneurysms. We thank the Lord for using him as an instrument to heal my baby.
Dr Moores performed my Neurosugery in 2005 while we were both still in the Army after I found out I had a brain tumor the size of a golf ball behind my right eye. He was always straight-forward and curteous with me and my family/loved ones and made sure we were all well informed in every step of my surgery and recovery. Because of Dr. Moores, I am here today. Thanks Doc!
He was such a nice doctor, very polite and put my mind at ease about my daughters condition. He was super friendly with my twin babies. I would definitely recommend him to others.
