When I visited this office for the first time, I felt my experience was ok. Dr. Royceman seemed like a nice and knowledgeable dentist. However, I was not aware of the reviews until I checked online after speaking with Diana Trombley, who is supposedly the Director of Operations. After my visit I was given an estimate for work that I was going to need. The price quoted was fairly high although I have dental insurance. I don't have a problem paying, if it is worth it. I went to this dentist and realized that without paying money they will NOT talk to you. All they care acout is $$$. I will recomment you to read the rest of the reviews before you go to this dentist.

I went here to get a root canal, since they took my insurance. They insised on an initial consultation, even though I had a referral from my dentist and an x-ray. I was charged a $5 "sterilization fee," though the doctor never even looked in my mouth or picked up an instrument. He just looked at the x-ray I brought with me. When he was finished with his used car salesman impersonation, I was sent to the payment consultant, who created a bill for me.
