The office staff was very welcoming, professional and personable. The dental assistant was very friendly, patient and put me at ease immediately. She informed me of each step of the oral screening and cleaning procedures. She routinely inquired about my comfort level throughout the procedures. Dr. Trail was very professional, respectful and informative. He has a very calming and reassuring manner.
