This was my second visit to Dr. Toupin's office, I was seen by his NP on my first visit. I was looking for a primary care physiscian hoping that Dr. Toupin would take that responsibility. I arrived 10 minutes early for my second appointment and noticed that a gentleman arrived after me, he told the receptionist he was very early for his appointment and hoped she didn't mind if he waited in the reception area.
