Most understanding DR I have had in years who truly listens to my goals and focus's.
Do not go see this man for psychiatry. He will decide to meet you at a certain date and time, and then when that day comes will lie and say you agreed on a different day and charge you hundreds of dollars for no reason...should not be in practice.
Dr Balke would always take a long time to get your prescriptions to the pharmacy and never give refills. He wouldn't respond to the pharmacy requesting refills so I'd have to leave him a message and wait for a call back sometimes have to call twice or more. He never gives reminder messages or calls. If you miss a appointment he will charge you 4 times your normal appointment cost even if it's the first time.
