There is a reason why this office has such a low rating. Dr Luna cares about quantity of patients rather than service quality. By saying that, you’ll be scheduled with other clients at the same time and will wait for your appointment for at least an hour. Most importantly, your appointment will not last longer than 5 minutes as Dr Luna will very briefly check your baby and rush to her next patient. Very bad service. Save yourself a headache. If your kids get sick, forget it, this doctor doesn’t see kids while they’re sick which defeats the purpose of having a doctor. They tell you that if you kids are sick to not bring them in. The staff don’t take care of your paperwork and get mad if you complain.
Today i fully understood why the bad reviews. The people at the office are rude. They do not want to take a couple of minutes to deal with my insurance company and made me waste my time going to the office instead of cancelling the apt. If you are a new parents, please read this and save yourself some time It’s profoundly disappointing and infuriating to encounter a doctor so utterly lacking in compassion and basic decency, especially when it comes to new parents navigating the care of their newborn. This doctor, who inexplicably holds a medical license, not only dismissed our concerns but callously recommended Enfamil along with vitamin D drops—an irresponsible combination that made our baby extremely sick. I’ve been going to doctor Luna since my daughter was born , she is 2 years now and the attention that’s the front desk gives is wonderful , but Dr Luna is very unprofessional she has attitude in every question that you ask and always in a rush I do not like her I’m going to change doctor
