So far so good. Dr. Shenfield and his staff always make my son feel very comfortable and he enjoys visiting the dentist. On our last visit I thought he could have spent more time explaining some procedures he wants to do to fill multiple cavities.
Dr. Shenfield is amazing! He was made to be a children's dentist and is the best! My kids love coming here. The whole place is geared for kids. Even when my daughter has had teeth pulled, he is so skilled that she didn't feel a thing. I would recommend him to anyone!
Horrible. My son had a difficult time when a tooth was pulled. They called him combative (apparently they don't recognize fear). Before our next appointment I asked that they call me back to the room is he was having a hard time. He came out in tears. When asked why they didn't come get me I was informed that they don't do that and that if I was unhappy there were lots of other dentists. She was right! There are too many dentists to ever go back there!
My 8 year old daughter has seen Dr. Shenfield since she was 3 and absolutely loves going to the dentist - despite fillings, referrals to an orthodontist for braces, and a recent molar extraction. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and talk to the kids on a level they understand. Dr. Shenfield has a calm demeanor which allows kids to trust that he will take care of them. I highly recommend their office to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist!
Unfortunately, we have moved out of the area and I had to change my son's dentist. Dr. Shenfield and his staff are so wonderful. They make it so comfortable and it's so kid friendly. I recommend his office 100%. My son was never scared and actually looked forward to going because it is a fun place. They are so kind and caring! They truly care about children and I trusted them completely. I will miss them all!
I took my kid to their office a couple of times, and we also cancelled two appointments, both ahead of time. They said they won't serve us anymore due to this reason.
Dr. Shenfield is an awsome dentist, when we were about to leave for vacation, my son needed a tooth removed, he made arraingments with a childrens dentist in Spokane (another awsome Dentist) to do the procedure, so we didn't miss our vacation. Dr. Shenfield has been seeing my boys since they needed to see a dentist, they are 7 & 8 now.
