Great bedside manner. Very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to any patient needing rheumatology care. I feel very fortunate to have found her.
Dr. Parsa questioned my existing diagnosis without being willing to problem solve what the real issue might be. She said she could not explain how my body responded to treatment, since it was unexpected, and postulated that my experience could be attributed to placebo effect. Dr. Parsa was unwilling to provide any recommendations for next steps or how to troubleshoot, and kept asking me what I wanted to do despite me telling her I wanted her to weigh in with her medical expertise. New patient coordinator can’t answer phones so you have to leave VM. What a way to handle new patient care!!! If this area had another office I recommend that office
I have been seeing Dr. Parsa for two years and have been very satisfied with her professional service. She has been very attentive and caring with my health needs and has acted quickly in trying to resolve my health issues. I would definitely recommend her.
