I feel Dr Lelani Norton missed diagnosis of AMD Age related Macular Degeneration for 2 years while I’d been complaining about vision changes at exams. Optometrist caught it first visit Cedar Eye Center also felt like an over booked mad house. I only stayed on high recommendations
Called trying to find out if they can accept our insurance. Spent most of the call on hold. Never received an answer and then they hung up on me while I was on hold.
Doctor Norton did my cataract surgery on both eyes and I think that she is one of the best eye doctor’s we have in Placerville. I highly recommend her. 5 stars for her from me.
An absolutely caustic experience with this ophthalmologist. When it comes to patient's concerns, she is negligent and downright rude.
