I paid for upper and what I thought was lower blepo with fat injections. I’m not sure if I had lower. There are no incisions.. I wanted fat injections under my eyes, WHICH WAS THE WHOLE REASON I WENT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I did not like the dark circles under my eyes and I knew fat injections would make them go away.
