Made several attempts over the past year for an appt when Dr. V.(req. the appt be made only if she is avail.) I come in pay my co-pay and they send me to the back. Told Dr. V. is not in. I get billed but never serviced. Dr. V. is a great Dr. with impeccable bedside manner but her staff is crap. They put you on permanent hold if you are not making an appointment, I have yet to receive a call from Dr. V. from the numerous messages left. It was a simple request that has gotten to be ridiculous.
