I had to give at least 1 star. Dr. Johnson wouldn't even see me the day of my appointment for my hip. Had his nurse call me and tell me that "he had nothing to offer me". And I had seen him 1 other time before when he cut a big piece of glass out of my leg. I simply don't understand. Its not fair not to have an explanation.
