My elderly mother-in law was seen yesterday At Novant-Health and Heart & Vascular for a routine 6 month check -up. Her appointment was made with Dr Younce at her last visit and was verified 2 days prior. She had to wait 45 minutes after her appointment time, and was not seen by Dr. Younce and was given no reason for the long wait before appointment or the long wait and abrupt visit by an "unnamed" Dr. She was left in the examining room without explanation and eventually left when no one ever came in.
