Dr. Chu has been my urologist for the last seven years. She performed my robotic pyeloplasty, and prior to that, placed my ureteral stents as needed. De Chi is an excellent physician; I have full confidence in her medical assessments. Her staff is professional and friendly, and I’ve never experienced unreasonably long waits for my appointment at her office.
Recently my son had a situation and after consulting with several doctors and getting no clear answers we were referred to Dr. Chu. She is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, patient, thorough in her examining and explaining your situation. She’s an excellent doctor!
She is good and take care of patient
Dr. Chu is a truly wonderful physician. She offers exceptional insight and wisdom on any particular ailment. Very down to earth. She speaks from the heart and assures that her patient's problems are taken care of.
Dr. Chu is very personable. Even laughs! Very kind and concerned. Takes time to explain the why's, what's and expected long/short range outcomes. A calm teacher as well. She was training her new medical assistant as the previous one left. While taking care of me she gave the assistant directions and explained why she wanted things done in a certain way. Great compassion. She rescheduled me for an office visit (sooner than expected) because SHE was concerned about me. Excellent!
I was so fortunate to have Dr. Chu as my doctor. Everything she told me was 100% correct. She performed the robotic surgery to remove my prostrate and it was flawless. She came to see me that evening on her way home, the next morning on her way to work,on her lunch break and after work she came and walked me up and down the hall. She came in the next morning and said she would come back at noon and send me home if nothing changed. I went home as she predicted. She is an incredible Doctor!!!!!
It was so easy to communicate with Dr. Chu regarding my concerns and issues. From start to finish I was seen promptly and communication between patient and doctor was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Chu!
Dr. Chu is the best doctor I have ever dealt with ever by far. She is straightforward and direct, but nice and calm. She is very confident in herself and her work. I had to have surgery a week ago with a severe case of hydronephrosis in my right kidney. She did an amazing job and her surgical staff is just wonderful. She checked my urine throughly and made sure I was clean before surgery. Her surgical nurses were so nice and friendly and made me not so scared for surgery. Lei Chu is the best!
I find Dr. Chu to be very personable, she informed me of my procedure in plain terms so that I understood exactly what she is doing and why, she does what so many doctors fail to do in that she telephones to make certain that all is well, this means so much to me as a patient, I find Clarissa, the office person to be very nice as well. I highly recommend Dr Chu
