On time
The staff was above and beyond. The Doctor I felt was not in tune with why I was there or lacked empathy. Being the only patient there while I was being seen I hope I wasn't an inconvenience.
When the doctor first walked in, his greeting was not using kind words. He asked why I didn't take Benadryl for my swelling on my face. I was taken aback ... his tone was a bit bawling me out that I hadn't known to do something before I went to the office as if I should have known what to do in those circumstances. I went there for some assistance, but I didn't actually get some real help. The help I really received were to take the prednisone tablets for 7 days. I left his presence feeling he had done his best.
The experience I had at this facility was a great one. Everything was well organized and very clean. The Healthcare workers were very courteous and personable. I will definitely be back for any of my health related concerns.
