Dr. Jackson and her staff were knowledgeable and wonderful to me. As a Canadian snowbird I was impressed how quickly I was seen and happy with the caring manner is which I was treated.

My husband and I visited Dr. Jackson for medical examination of our eyes as well as eye refraction. She had to redo both of our eye glass prescriptions when our new glasses did not provide clear vision for us. The new glasses still are not correct. She diagnosed me with glaucoma and scheduled me for SLT. So we went to another ophthalmologist for a second opinion. He performed additional tests and reviewed my diagnosis and determined I did not have glaucoma and did not need treatment.
My wife and I like and trust all our doctors, but......... WE LOVE DR. JACKSON !!!!!! She is like family to us and her skill (my wife and I have both had cataract surgery) and knowledge are of the highest order. The office staff are efficient, kind, and know their stuff too.
Dr Jackson performed Pinguecula surgery on my right eye. The eye healed nicely. She provided detailed information prior to the surgery. Very knowledgable and experienced.

She gave me the wrong Rx and her assistant yelled at me because I didn't take more time off from work to go back to a doctor who failed in her performance so I don't want to waste more of my time. Practice Administrator said she'd get back to me has been dodging me for well over a week.
Performed unnecessary surgery. Poor organization. Lack of knowledge of all staff as well. Very personable but I prefer a knowledgeable Optalmologyst. Appointment very easy to schedule now I understand why. Explains condition but from one appointment to the next can contradict herself showing lack of all essential skills and knowledge. Very gentle and very anxious.
Dr. Jackson is very caring. She explains things in a way one can easily understand. Her office staff is not very helpful. Were it not for the front office staff I would still be going to Dr. Jackson.
