Dr. Carter is an exceptional doctor, caring for people from all walks of life. He is thorough and very professional in his diagnosis of your illness. He does not write prescriptions without consideration of the whole patient. I highly recommend him as a fabulous and caring doctor! We have the highest regard for his honesty and integrity. His extensive knowledge of medicine allows him to suggest a specialist when it is warranted. He is a good man and an asset to our community.

Dr.Carter is the best Doctor I have ever had,he is the most understanding Doctor,his staff is awesome, he spends as much time as needed going over your blood work,and if he orders blood work within 3-4 days a nurse is calling you back,easy to get an appointment and if you need anything the nurses are there to call you back.His partners are also awesome, my 15 year old sees his partner they work together great.
will be searching for a new doctor and i advise the rest of his do the same the dea is investigating their office and his partner dr Howell has to leave another drug ring office where has all of the good doctors gone alabama is the 10th worst state for healthcare the nurses are rude and he has no control over his staff they say what they want to to you and he just stands there like a whooped puppy
I have been seeing this doctor for about a year I have end stage Copd severe panic anxiety attacks as well severe depression he has not ever read my medical chart that was sent from pulmonary lung doctor he has no clue how to treat Copd or any of my other doctor reports he done chest xray on my visit in September 2016 tol me he thought I might have a hiatal hernia I do and have for several years has been deemed not operable if he had read my records he would have known he gives scrirpt protonix
