Every single time I go here it's another laughably awful problem. Update! - when "dr" Lane found out about this review she dropped me as a patient, that's the kind of low life behavior you can expect out of this office. Don't dare question anything, when the nurse insists on giving you things you are allergic to just accept it and deal with the consequences or else you'll find yourself without a doctor like me. Dr Lanes beside manner is okay at best, her team is not. They consistently fail to meet the most basic standards of... read more
Listed as a TOP DOCTOR in Dermatology in Cincinnati Magazine every year. TOP DOCTOR is voted on by other doctors, not patients, but I would vote her top doctor every day. Very caring, friendly, compassionate and personable. 4.9 star rating by patients on TriHealth site. Accepted me as a patient when others I contacted were too busy and had no time. I lucked out with the best. I've been her patient since 2015.

Dr. Lane was recommended by a friend, but when I called to make an appointment, I was told she would only see me if I had a referral from a TriHealth physician (not just any physician). I question the motives and ethics of TriHealth based on this practice. Certainly not patient-centric. It's unfortunate to be a pawn in the profit game and sad to see practices associate with this protocol.
Fantastic. Very professional. Had a small procedure to remove a growth. Went very well. No problems.
My current dermatologist is retiring from her practice, so I decided I wanted to change practices. Well so much for that with this and other TriHealth practices. When I called to get an appointment, I was told I needed a referral from TriHealth and if my current Dr was not with TriHealth I would not be accepted. As someone said in an earlier review, this is not a review against Dr Lane, it is one against TriHealth for their practice. If all practices did this in the medical system, the system would be worse than it currently... read more
I had a rash for several months and went to 2 different doctors. Neither doctor could tell me what I had they gave me 2 different medications and 4 different creams and a special soap. Nothing helped. I finally got an appointment with Dr Lane. When she entered the room she was very kind and listened to what was going on. Within a few minutes she diagnosed me and started immediately taking care of me. She took to biopsies and gave me 2 cortisone shots. WOW Dr. Lane is wonderful. I am waiting for the results to see if anything... read more
This is a complaint about TriHealth, not really Dr. Lane. I was trying to have my daughter see Dr. Lane . I was told that unless she sees a TriHealth Physician and receives a referral from that doctor she is not allowed to see Dr. Lane. The referral is not the issue, but the requirement that it be from a TriHealth Doctor is rediculous. This makes it a closed system. Certainly not "we are here for you" type of service. Shame on you TriHealth.
Listens carefully, thorough diagnostic process, explains things well, provides choices and alternatives. Kind, respectful, knows what she is doing.
