We had a scheduling hiccup and came in too early for our apt. The receptionist was very helpful and luckily for us the people scheduled for around that time hadn't come in so she was able to fit us in. It was very accommodating, she's always been kind with us.
We’ve always made it to every appointment on time and have never missed one, until recently, when we unfortunately missed a single visit. We were told we’d either have to pay a $100 no-show fee or risk having our kids dropped from the practice entirely. When my wife tried to explain that we’ve always received reminders in the past (but didn’t this time), the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying, “You’re not a child,” in a completely uncalled-for tone. The secretary is horrible. I've called so many times left voicrmails for a year now and NOT once has she called me back to book my children in. She is useless and needs a new job!!
Was having a rough day with a sick child & mistakenly went to her old office instead of the new one....when I called the secretary to see if they'd still see us if I rushed back over to the correct office, I was basically laughed at, zero empathy, zero understanding for my situation. It was marked as a no-show and a few days later I received a letter that she was dropping my son as a patient.
