The secretary is horrible. I've called so many times left voicrmails for a year now and NOT once has she called me back to book my children in. She is useless and needs a new job!!
Was having a rough day with a sick child & mistakenly went to her old office instead of the new one....when I called the secretary to see if they'd still see us if I rushed back over to the correct office, I was basically laughed at, zero empathy, zero understanding for my situation. It was marked as a no-show and a few days later I received a letter that she was dropping my son as a patient. She is a very Rude, dismissive doctor. She does not care about the children in her care. She is so happy to close children's files, when the parents try to advocate for their children.
Literally the best , has amazing bedside manner and patient with the kid , very knowledgeable highly recommended
This doctor will book you an appointment once a year. and never call you to remind you of it She will make sure your child is vaccinated, but not care when they turn out autistic she will close your file, but not call to inform you she’s very Unprofessional
