Dr. Jones is very rude, she said to me you are here again. I was having several things happen to me with in 6 week period. It was like I was bothering her. I never went back to that practice and was going their for 25 years.
Receptionist needs to be replaced! She ruins the whole visit. She is loud, unprofessional, incompetent and slow. Dr. Jones is a fine Dr. I have been seeing her for over 10 years. It's just this newer receptionist is making me so uncomfortable that I am actually thinking of switching Dr's.
She’s nearly cost the life of family members. SHE DOESN’T return calls even to another doctor in regards to her patients. My blood pressure was 200 over 102 after an outpatient procedure and the nurse kept calling her and she wouldn’t return calls, after an hour later and before possibly admitting me as inpatient she returned. Wanted me to wait for a week to see her after nurse said I needed seen ASAP she reluctantly seen me 2 days later. She’s average. . She’s moody,, sometimes friendly, sometimes cold and disinterested. One member of our family had a health emergency and she told him to call another hospital. She didn’t even suggest the ER!
Dr Jones is a caring physician. When my lab tests came back abnormal she personally called me and asked me to go to the hospital. She is efficient, disciplined, and direct. She also has a dry sense of humor.
We went to this office for 35 years and recently Dr Jones basically ignored concerns my father needed addressed for years we have finally left and found a new family dr. I would not recommend.
Would not recommend. Didn't feel like she even cared about my issue and not the nicest Dr either.
Dr. Jones is one of they best doctors I have ever been to! She is extremely friendly and has a great personality! I always feel incredibly comfortable when I am in her office! I feel like she really helps me get through some of my really tough problems! I would recommend her to anyone!!
