Worst dentist. They will let their Chinese people come in first even though he was booked after me. I had my tooth pulled out and that Chinese dentist wasn’t nice at all. He kept talking and laughing in Chinese and I can tell he was making fun of me. The nurse was like well each patient are different but it was so horrible. He was pulling my tooth out so of course I did not dare to say anything to him. I just feel like I’m back in high school where kids get bullied.
Justin O'Halloran - I have consulted Dr Tran at this practice for maybe 2 years - and I am an older patient with numerous dental issues. Dr. Tran and the caring staff only do what they MUST do - and for me as a part-time worker that cares for parents in their mid 90's - that is such peace of mind. I lost a tooth and crown during Stage 4 and whilst I was in a panic,Dr.Tran was calm and reassuring once they re-opened and said that the tooth would come out once it was producing pain. Today I’m extremely happy as I found Dr. Thai again and got my quality treatment by her after losing her number and going to another dentist years ago. Dr. Thai is very highly-skilled, thorough and patient with explanations about procedures and choices. I’m very grateful that my friend introduced me to her years ago and I will not go anywhere for my future dental needs even though it means I have to travel 2 hours each visit. went in for 11:30am appointments and 1h30mins later still waiting, the receptionist gone to the back and ignore my question, horrible experiences, very unprofessional. Stay away from them if you looking for reliable and professional dentist
