Everyone is really nice the Dr is great I wish I knew about this dentist long time ago
The staff and the dentist are amazingly nice, friendly and professional, but the office manager leaves a lot to be desired and for that reason I give them a one star. In all the times I have been at the Miami Lakes office not once have I been able to leave with a receipt with codes so I can get reimbursed by my insurance company. The manager is the only one that can give you such a receipt even though you pay in full at the time of service.
