Dr. Ziaee is very knowledgable and has great communication skills. She has been so beneficial to me over many years. She is cautious with medications and changing them. But at times the office staff has dropped the ball and been frustrating to deal with. She is stern about showing up late and no shows. And certain days are busier than others and you might have to wait. But overall she is great at what she does.

I waited months for my appointment and when I called because I would be 5 minutes late she refused to see me. Told me if I was that desperate that I should go to the hospital. It’s on her head if I end up dead because I couldn’t get a new prescription for my medication.
Dr. Ziaee does not have respect for her patients’ time. After waiting 30 min. after my appt. time, I politely asked how much longer until I would be seen. I was told that Dr. Ziaee was not even in the office yet!! Another patient in the waiting room said this is the norm for Dr. Ziaee. Upon arrival to the office, Dr. Ziaee did not apologize. She rudely stated "I have to wait an hour for my doctor", as if to justify her tardiness. How RUDE! I will say the secretary was very nice and helpful.
I never write reviews but dealing with this dr. Office was one of the worst experiences I have had. They have no compassion and did very little to help. Dr ziaee says she’s always available for patients but when it comes to the moments you need her she’s unwilling to work with you. It’s impossible to schedule appointments and none of the staff was ever very friendly. I was so disappointed and want to save anyone the trouble that I went through working with them.
Dr. Ziaee really listens to what is going on and talks with you about the options before making a decision.
