Was trying to set up a new patient appointment and someone answered and hung up. I called back thinking it was an issue with the line but the lady on the line said the earliest appointment would be next month, when I asked for her name she hung up. 0/10 Wouldn't even book try to make this appointment, you have been warned.
Worst customer experience ever! Doctor and the front desk are both super rude! The front desk lady was having a chit-chat with another lady when I arrived. She ignored me for a long time. I asked when can I check in and she impatiently said the doctor already knew I’m here( but how???). The doctor is rude too, interrupted me multiple times when I was talking. At the end of the visit, the doctor just said he was busy and rushed me to leave. The worst experience I ever had. I would give 0 star if there’s a choice.
