Dr. Gratkins has been my ob/gyn dr since I was 23, I am now 56. I even travel over an hour away to keep him as my dr. The staff are always friendly. ~Stacey b.~
Had my first C section in 2017 , 2nd in the beginning of 2023, and now having my 3rd in may of 2024 coming soon. Hes always been great, staff is great. Sometimes you have to call a few times but if you don’t get through leave a message and they get back to you the next day sometimes the same day. Of course they’re busy taking medicaid but i never had to wait too long. I feel like all the bad reviews and complaints are people that don’t understand patience. I have been going to Dr. Gratkins office for over 17 years. He always listen to my concerns and issues and addresses them in ways I understand, if I don't understand he works hard to explain in ways I would understand. I have seen various staff come and go but the few staff that has been there throughout my 17+ years are the staple of the office. I love Dr. Gratkins & had a great experience with him and his office. They are busy, but that’s because they handle most of the Medicaid patients in town! I hate seeing all these bad reviews because people often believe things they only have heard from others and do not get their own experiences. Dr. Gratkins delivered my baby and did a great job. His nurses and office team treated me with nothing with kindness and respect. I was nervous to have a male OBGYN at first, but I am so glad I chose him! And you should too!
