I would give 5 stars, however Dr. Gratkins receptionist is incredibly rude, hateful, and makes you feel like you like you are an incredible inconvenience to her life. I came for a car accident and was referred by my homebirth midwife, just to make sure everything was okay with baby. The receptionist (same gal every time) made me feel like she was inconvenienced because I was an add-on and that she had to figure out how to bill the responsible parties car insurance. I have only praise for Dr Gratkins’ skill, bedside manner and his nursing staff.
I would not recommend this office to anyone I had a miscarriage March 30, 2025 that was after I had gone to Grakins multiple times with concerns about bleeding and cramping which is never normal in pregnancy but he told me it was normal said It could be my placenta this and that basically telling me it’s everything than what it was So I had gone back to see him after visiting the hospital multiple times, scared of what was happening I found out from the Osf hospital that I was losing the baby he then told me that I was going... read more
I didn't want to give any stars. Been trying to call over a week to get an appointment, left messages, and even used the app to check on referral. No one answers the phone, received a call back 2.5 weeks later! Horrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND
Would never recommend him or his office to anyone. Extremely long wait times, rude staff, billing issues and inappropriate comments by the Dr himself
