Dr. Whicker is great. Getting an appointment, is not. You can not call directly to schedule an appointment with him. You have to get a call back which can take days. And they call from random numbers (I don’t typically answer calls from unknown numbers). So then I get a message and have to call back. And it goes to the general line. So I have to wait for a call back again. And when I complained about it. I mysteriously had to call my insurance to update my coordination of benefits. It hasn’t been done since 2021.
