I originally saw Dr. Sirota on emergency basis following an accident where a significant portion of my fingertip was sliced almost off. He calmly reattached it without promising it could be saved (urgent care doc told me I’d lose it). Blood flow miraculously resumed, the fingertip healed, I now have feeling in it & no discernible scar. Dr. Sirota’s manner was calming, honest & informative. After each of my 4 MOHS surgeries this year, I went directly to Dr. Sirota to have the incisions closed. He took the time to figure out how to close them so that the rather large scars wouldn’t be obvious on my face and ear.
