Does not seem to pay attention when talking to his clients. Very little eye contact and comments in ways that you know he wasn't listening (example: "My dad died". His response? "Oh, good. good.") Has lots of impressive credentials but gives the impression that he should have retired long ago. His interest in truly helping seems to have disappeared. While his office manager Lisa is wonderful, the other clerical help tends to be condescending and rude.
