I decided to go here for my annual eye exam. At first I was given a hard time and told I wasn't insured. After providing more information I was pulled up in the system. The provider was great and checked me for everything covered under my insurance. The ladies in the optical were unprofessional and did not provide quality customer service. I read the bad reviews, but I work customer service and I understand people do bad reviews for not legit reasons, so I decided to give it a shot, I have to say that it's a busy office, but that's a good sign, be prepared to spend quality time, I have to say that the staff and doctor are really good, I'm impressed, would recommend a 100%, Doctor is very serious but not rude, he take his job very serious, I'm happy
The best! Set aside time for your annual eye appointment. Don't rush through it. Your vision is worth it. I went to Dr. Blum for many years (so did my mother). He knows his stuff! We have diabetes in the family. It is especially important for diabetics to take care of their eye health. I'm not sure Mr. Blum is a good doctor. I came to him because something was bothering my eye, rubbing like sand, I thought the upper eyelid was inflamed. The doctor looked at my eye, prescribed drops and billed $255. After 3 days, a crumpled lens fell out of my eye. I was surprised that the doctor didn't notice the lens under the eyelid that bothered me for several days.
