Dr. Chang is very cheerful and professional. We are so happy to see him in his own business. He is an excellent surgeon and person! I just met Carissa, and she is also friendly and professional.
Just had my first visit at this office, and I was very impressed. The PA was very personable and completed a very thorough skin check, using a dermatascope to view questionable spots. She clearly communicated that she was uncertain about two particular spots, and, although she felt they were likely benign, she wanted Dr. Chang to take a look. The employees are friendly and cooperative. Dr Chang is a both friendly and professional. He engaged in an in depth explanation of the issue. I will definitely use his services as needed The only negative I have is promptness of appointment time. I had a wait of 45+ minutes. His office needs to adjust appointment promptness
I am always satisfied with the results of Dr. Chang’s work. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. His new building is beautiful and much closer to my home. I really like the fact that I was in the same room for the duration of my procedure. I am considering having Dr. Chang be my full time dermatologist. While I know he is a busy man who sees lots of patients a day, I didn’t feel like I was rushed out - treat them and street them.
Dr. Chang was wonderful and caring. Jada did a wonderful job letting us know what was going on. Thank you for taking good care of Tony.
