You always have to wait. if you have an appointment at 9:00 forget it. you wont' get seen until after 10. Don't even bother trying to call the office. I call at 11:25, machine says office is closed. Try at 1:30, machine says office is still closed. Crazy.
Dr. Anastasia has been our family Dr for over 30 years. I'm a healthy 43 year old woman and do not get sick often. This morning I call to schedule an appointment because of a cough and fever and I was told I would be consider a new patient. Then when asked what type of insurance I had I told them I would pay cash as the insurance is not in network. He's very rude & disresptful. The staff wasn't helpful & I had blood test weeks ago & haven't gotten a return call & was told I can't have access to my own records. Patients have a right to their records
