First an appointment was cancelled without anyone letting me know then i ended up with a severe case of viral conjunctivitis soon after my office visit. Found out there was an infection outbreak in the office (Dr. Coppock also had it) but Dr. denied any connection. No universal precautions, no taking responsibility for the fact that I was part of an outbreak in this office (I had heard about it from someone outside of the office).
