Dr. Brack and his staff are professional, polite, and efficient.
Dr Brack is an exceptional Doctor. He cared for my eyes for over 10 years until I moved out of Lagrange- Ga . I really miss his caring attitude and clear understanding of what is going on with my eyes. Great Doctor.
It’s Dr. Brack’s sole fault that I’m permanently blind in one eye after a sudden vision loss. He said “I don’t see anything wrong” and told me to go home. (I protested so they offered to refer me to a specialist but failed to follow up). I went to Emory Atlanta afterward (couldn’t get an appointment for a month) who I didn’t inform that it was ALSO an Emory doctor in LaGrange (who didn’t catch the fact that I was in the process of a stroke and could’ve simply sent me to Wellstar ER for an MRI scan and caught it to treat). Last 2 times I visited it was a 2 hour wait, ridiculous. The doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me and getting my prescription filled was a nightmare especially when they had to get a preauthorization. It took several calls and still didn't get it resolved. Also, probably one of the worst vision exams ever - old equipment and done by a traveling nurse who wasn't very familiar with the equipment or the protocol
