About 20 years ago, I was looking for an orthodontist and stumbled upon an ad for Dr. Allen... heading to see Dr. Allen was the best decision I've ever made for the health and look of my teeth. Following the removal of my braces, I stuck to a nightly routine of wearing my removable retainer for the next 12 years, at which time it broke. Dr. Allen is still so amazing and kind after all these years. I went to have the buttons of my bonded retainer replaced after 15 years and he was just as I remembered. Dr. Allen did such an amazing job with my braces and retainer and has so much compassion and is the best in the game!
This review is long overdue but very much deserved. I came here for adult ceramic braces and have had a truly amazing experience (am now post treatment). Dr. Allen actually cares about his patients and isn’t just out for your money. You can talk candidly with him about your smile goals and he will be honest and patient. You will not find a better, more hardworking orthodontist in all of Toronto.

Very poor service and unhelpful. Wouldn’t even consider booking an appointment for a minor repair.
