Very nice, very professional.
I was referred by my Dentist to his office to get the tooth extraction done. Waited for 2 months . I got a call 30 minutes after my appointment that I missed it instead of getting a reminder. Nursed my crack tooth for 2 months. Explained the gravity to the receptionist but she didnt want to hear it. I told her I was going to tell Dr Horne about this conversation. She didn't care. Dr. Horn is excellent. I had to see him for an emergency. And it was very serious. Dr. Horn, took his time to explain my issue to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me important information necessary for the treatment that I needed that he did not do at that time. But he still spent almost an hour with me, helping me with my emergency. And then, when I went to pay the bill, he refused to accept any money from me and the bill would’ve been considerable. Oral surgeon is great. So disappointed with the people who handle the dental insurance. Overpayment was made to this office by our dental insurance company. This office is not refunding the overpayment to MetLife which causes the other dentists that my family uses to not be paid until this office returns a simple overpayment of 79.20 Your office could do a lot better!
