Avoid this place at all cost, staff is so rude lucky for them they are not in Miami, with their attitude this place would have shut down , sucks for the Dr. who probably is unaware of all the rudeness ,lack of information, no introduction when answering calls and if he is aware shame on him for disrespecting his patients.
Dr. Lav Panchal is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He is extremely meticulous, careful, and thoughtful, and he provides a quiet, very reliable process during his surgery and post-surgery treatment. We highly recommend him to all patients, especially the elderly, who require cataract surgery. Thank you, Dr. Panchal.
It is a no-frills operation, but very thorough and professional. unfortunately the wait time can be ridiculous 1hr+ seems normal . Office is difficult to locate in the open area mall complex, Google Maps gets vage when you get closer - frustraighting
Terrific doctor. Skilled, knowledgeable & precise HOWEVER the wait times are RIDICULOUS!!! I always make an 8:15 appointment and wait at least 45 minutes, and sometimes more!
