Spoke with office staff, they collected all information and spoke with my family member for approximately 15 minutes. They promised a call back the following day. The call back never came, and they have not followed up on the messages I’ve left since. This was an urgent need for a potential new patient. Just like the reviews below, there is no call back when promised.
I've been working with Dr. Harden for several years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. She is a professional and compassionate psychiatrist who has helped me come a long way. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Over 10 years, she has meticulously tweaked my medication so that I am living with a sense of stability and enjoyment of my life.
Been going to Dr. Harden for years. Is absolutely the best. Psychiatry is difficult. I have never had an issue getting an appointment. Callbacks are same as most offices 2-3 business days. In psych need an appointment for most refills, so keep your appointments or reschedule timely. Again, I have never had an issue.
