I love Dr. Goldsticker-Berman and my deceased mother were with her for many years prior to her retirement. She was so compassionate, thoroug and truly concerned about her patients, not just your physical health but your mental health as well. I'm so sorry that she has retired and I haven't found anyone like her since!??
Dr. Goldsticker is wonderful! She is always pleasant, professional and welcoming. No question is left unanswered. I do feel the office staff either needs additional help or better training as several times when I have called the office, the phone has rung up to 35 times before someone answered and then I was put on hold. Upon waiting almost 8 minutes on hold, someone picked up the phone again and wanted to put me on hold once again. I LOVE Dr. Goldsticker but need better office service.
