I’ve been Dr. Chu’s patient since 2017 and every time I’ve seen him, I start feeling better right away. He’s kind, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. His recommendations for allergy care and daily routines have made a huge difference—especially here in Austin, where allergy issues are so common. I’m truly sad to hear that he is closing his practice. I hope he knows how appreciated he is and how much he will be missed. Thank you, Dr. Chu, for everything.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Chu. His bedside manner was truly exceptional — he’s a very kind, caring, and wonderful man who genuinely cares about his patients’ health and well-being. I had a quick onset of sudden deafness in one ear which requires immediate intervention. I contact Dr. Chu via the website on a Sunday and they made an immediate appoints on Monday morning. Dr. Chu's staff we helpful, caring, and friendly. Dr. Chu is professional, knowledge and has a great way with patients. I am hopeful for a full recovery. I highly recommend him and his team.

I am SOOOOO glad my standard ENT doctor was too busy to see me (for a 3-week-long nose infection!), b/c it allowed me to look for someone close to my UT office. I see different doctors every week almost, and Dr Chu is truly AMAZING, as a doctor & a human. Somehow Dr Chu had loads of available appointments (at least in the summer, when many clients may be traveling, I guess?).
