I’ve been Dr. Chu’s patient since 2017 and every time I’ve seen him, I start feeling better right away. He’s kind, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. His recommendations for allergy care and daily routines have made a huge difference—especially here in Austin, where allergy issues are so common. I had a quick onset of sudden deafness in one ear which requires immediate intervention. I contact Dr. Chu via the website on a Sunday and they made an immediate appoints on Monday morning. Dr. Chu's staff we helpful, caring, and friendly. Dr. Chu is professional, knowledge and has a great way with patients. I am hopeful for a full recovery. I highly recommend him and his team.
My almost 5yo son had a few episodes ear infection/ache in a row and I’m happy I found Dr. Chu to help us. First of all I was surprised that it’s possible to make an appointment and see the doctor fast, without waiting a few weeks. The lady in reception was really kind and helpful. Dr.Chu checked my son and fully explained the problem, was very patient, attentive and professional. I’m grateful for Dr Chu and highly recommend him.
