I had the misfortune of meeting Dr. Padre today. I was attacked by a dog three months ago, during which my right leg suffered three, fairly-well-sized puncture bites. I went to UMC Quick Care on Buffalo because I've had a LOT of swelling, pain, and stiffness in that leg. Dr. Padre waltzed into my room, jabbed at my leg, and told me that there's "no swelling."
