Lack of individualised patient care, consultation was mostly with assistant while in the treatment chair.

Dr Lauren Young and her team have been looking after my Dad for the past 6-12 months in relation to the many skin cancers he has had removed. I cannot thank Dr Young and the ladies who work in her clinic enough for the care they have provided. Dad is in his 80s and lives on the other side of town, so to have them be so caring and supportive is very much appreciated by us both. Thank you so much.
