These folks don't have the conscience to admit when they are wrong. If you point out to them any error they have made they will respond by attacking you and questioning the quality of care you give your pet
I am usually not one to nit pick or be negative, but we just had our dog put down and cremated with this place. When we got the ashes back, the serial number on the tin and the serial number on the ziplock baggie the ashes were in did not match. When we called to find out what the heck was going on and asked what crematorium they used, they would not give us the name of it, just that it was out of Columbus. Very very upset.
