When the nurse called me today she was not very compassionate. I have been suffering with pain since February she was into herself not focused on the reason why she’s there forgetting about the patient. Super professional and friendly. Explained all the procedures she was going to do with me and she put my mind at ease. Almost painless and I was expecting mild to Moderate pain during the procedures. She is 10/10 I would see again.
