I was running late for my appointment that was on the coldest day of winter. I checked in using the kiosk realizing that I may need to reschedule. When I approached the receptionist, she was prepared to change the schedule for an opening. I was pleased that the appointment would occur without interrupting Dr. Morgan's schedule. Her receptionist stated that she handled the reschedule before Dr. Morgan had to be concerned. The examination went as expected. Doctor has excellent bedside manner and explained my procedure and the process in a way I understood. Staff is very professional and helps in any way they can.
