Absolutely awful patient care. Forced an autistic 18 month old to go 24 hours without food over an outpatient procedure. On top of giving us a ridiculously late start time for a child that young, the staff refused to let us feed him after midnight, even though the official recommendation is only 8 hours. Then we were constantly jerked around by staff in getting discharged, while one of the RN's was being incredibly rude to us. Recommended going anywhere else if you can.
The C.S. Motts hospital in Ann Arbor, MI has had my soon to be 7-month-old daughter since they took her out via c-section 2 months early due to my daughter has a CHD called Truncus Arteriosus. During her stay they have shown very poor communications skills. Not just with my wife and me, but with communication between the different departments taking care of our daughter.
