Lauren is a great doctor who cares about her patients. She is quick to respond to call and messages. She will drop whatever she is doing for my family. She is great with kids and always has a smile on her face.
Dr. H has been great. She is concerned with finding the cause of your issues, not just treating the symptoms.
I have been sick for over a month and I had an appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM and was going to be more than 15 minutes late due to being stuck in traffic on 71 north. When calling Dr. H's office, I explained my situation and they told me that because I was going to be over 15 minutes late, I needed to reschedule. My daughter was unable to call for a quick question on an appointment with Dr. Hruszkewycz. I called to clarify appointment for her on a Friday morning and asked if the Dr. could call me back today - was a 2 min question. I was told I had to schedule an appointment as the Dr. is busy and the soonest they could talk to me was the following Thur at 4 in the afternoon - a week later. Terrible experience with this so called Dr! She literally LAUGHED MANIACALLY at my son when I told her his scalp was hurting and he was losing his hair at 12 years old! My son is also special needs! She would not give us a referral to a dermatologist or scalp specialist either! When I left I said I guess I will have to take him to specialist myself then.
